I called th person I bought it off of and told him I wanted my money back because I didnt even mak it home. He said take it to a mechanic first. I did and it has a cracked head. I called the individual back and told him I just wanted my money back as it had only been one day since purchase. He refused and insisted that the car had no problems before purchase. But I didnt even get 20 miles before it over heated. Do I have a case?
